What you'll need

Dripper, kettle, server, scale, 13 g coffee beans, 200 ml hot water (90°C)

dripper: hario v60 01 dripper

step 01

Set a filter paper in the dripper and add the ground coffee.

step 02

Bloom (0:00–0:30): Pour 26 g of water over the grounds, wetting all of them evenly.

step 03

Brew (0:30–0:45): Pour up to 140 g total; as the level rises, pour with a gentle swirl.

step 04

Brew (0:55–1:15): Pour up to 215 g total in a single stream at the center to keep the cup clean.
